1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "mudah4" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website operated at mudah4.cam, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to mudah4 and its operating entity.
• "You," "Player," "Member," "User" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on mudah4 or who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on mudah4, through which the Player accesses gaming services and manages funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of real money staked by a Player on any game or sporting event offered by mudah4.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet tokens, or cashback amounts credited to an Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity verification process required under these Terms before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Rupiah" or "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency in which mudah4 denominated player accounts are held.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means any country or territory from which access to mudah4 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law, as updated by mudah4 from time to time.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on mudah4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. mudah4 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. We reserve the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of mudah4 or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion or a cooling-off period on mudah4 or on any other gaming platform under a shared self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each account must be used solely by the registered member.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each eligible person may hold only one active account on mudah4. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at mudah4's discretion and any associated bonus funds will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card / KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mudah4 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such use occurred because you failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify mudah4 support immediately.

3.4 Account Currency. mudah4 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR unless otherwise specified for a particular game or market.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Your account and any funds held within it are personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or assign your account or any part of your account balance to another person.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 mudah4 is required under international gaming standards to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before large deposits may be accepted. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC.

4.2 Required Documents. You may be asked to submit any or all of the following:

• A clear photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing all corners of the document
• A recent proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 3 months)
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP beside your face
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used (bank statement or card front showing your name and account number)

4.3 Processing Time. mudah4 aims to process KYC submissions within 1–24 hours during operating hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, seven days a week). Complex cases may take longer. You will be notified by email once your verification is complete or if additional documents are required.

4.4 Refusal. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the documents requested, mudah4 may restrict access to your account and/or withhold withdrawal processing until the required documents are received and approved.

4.5 Data Use. KYC documents are stored securely and used solely for verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how personal data is handled.

5. Deposits

5.1 mudah4 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The standard minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may differ and will be displayed at the point of deposit.

5.3 Processing Time. Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your account instantly. Deposits via other methods may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact Customer Support with your transaction reference number.

5.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. mudah4 does not accept deposits made with funds belonging to a third party. Deposits found to originate from third-party sources will be refunded and the account may be suspended.

5.5 No Deposit Fees. mudah4 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fe es. mudah4 is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

5.6 Deposit Limits. mudah4 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on any account for responsible gaming or security reasons. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawals are only paid to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The standard minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 1–6 hours during operating hours. Requests submitted outside operating hours (09:00–21:00 WIB) will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window.

6.4 Withdrawal Methods. Funds will be returned via the same method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. mudah4 reserves the right to select the withdrawal channel if multiple deposit methods have been used.

6.5 Bonus Wagering. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that are still subject to wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds being voided.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General. mudah4 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free-bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and take precedence over these general bonus provisions where they conflict.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiple (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unmet bonus and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account.

7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, sports wagers, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games may contribute a different percentage as specified per promotion. Games with an RTP above 97% may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.

7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any time. Activating a new bonus before completing the requirements of an existing bonus will result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

7.5 Abuse Prevention. mudah4 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and exploiting technical errors. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided and the account may be permanently closed.

7.6 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the gaming environment of mudah4.

8. Gaming Rules

8.1 Certified RNG. All casino games offered by mudah4 — including slots, table games, video poker, and togel draw results — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited to internationally recognized standards. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results.

8.2 Sports Betting. Sports wagers are governed by the rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform, including rules relating to mix parlay (accumulator) bet settlement, voor bola (Asian handicap) line calculations, void events, and match abandonment procedures.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a documented technical malfunction affecting a game's outcome, mudah4 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. No additional compensation will be payable.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game has individual minimum and maximum stake limits which are displayed within the game interface. mudah4 reserves the right to adjust these limits without notice.

8.5 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be completed in accordance with the game's auto-play or server-side resolution logic. mudah4 is not responsible for losses arising from player-side connectivity failures.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on mudah4 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through illegal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to circumvent fair play rules
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the mudah4 platform
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening mudah4 staff or other players through any communication channel

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 mudah4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and be blocked from re-registering for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing the duration and total amount wagered in your current session.

10.2 All players must be 21 years of age or older. mudah4 will cooperate fully with any third-party organization or family member seeking to protect a vulnerable person from the harms of problem gambling.

11. Limitations of Liability

11.1 mudah4 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mudah4 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11.2 mudah4 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if mudah4 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

11.3 mudah4's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on mudah4 — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, logos, graphics, text, and game assets — is the property of mudah4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

12.2 You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your own private recreational purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

12.3 The mudah4 name and logo are proprietary marks. You may not use them in any manner without prior written consent from mudah4.

13. Privacy & Data

13.1 Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read together with this document.

13.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.

14. Account Termination

14.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed. Any Bonus Funds remaining at closure will be forfeited.

14.2 Closure by mudah4. mudah4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where mudah4 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or that the continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to mudah4.

14.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any amounts subject to investigation or withholding) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are non-refundable.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming regulation and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mudah4 holds its operating license.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

15.3 Nothing in this clause prevents mudah4 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms.
